MUST BOOK 2 WEEKS FROM YOUR ORIGINAL LASH APPOINTMENT ( must have at least 40% of lashes still attached or its considered a full set) Fills are when the natural eyelash has fallen out due to the eyelash cycle, glue breakdown and natural lash growth. Our average client requires fills every 2 weeks to achieve a full fresh set of lashes. This process also includes removal of any eyelash extensions that have either grown out too far or are no longer sitting correctly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation one day before your scheduled appointment date WILL transfer over to your new scheduled appointment. Canceling the day of your appointment is a fee of $25, meaning your deposit will not be refunded nor will it transfer over to the new appointment . We offer a 15 minute grace period, call or text (256) 558-3847 ahead of your scheduled appointment time if you are running late. Clients arriving after the 15 minute grace period pays the FULL SERVICE PRICE, meaning your deposit is now paying your LATE FEE of $25.
